Returns Eligibility

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplement products unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:
